A personalised Care & Support plan

In partnership with you, we will create a customized Care and Support Plan and select a trained caregiver with the appropriate personality and character to match your needs. Our caregivers are trained to be attentive and responsive to your needs, and they are perceptive enough to recognize and respect all the subtle nuances of your care.

We believe that attentively listening to your needs and paying attention to even the smallest details can make a significant difference in how you feel about the care you receive, with the goal of aiding you in achieving fulfilment and happiness. Once our service commences, you will continue to be in control, and we will adjust your Care and Support Plan to accommodate any changes in circumstances or any changes in the way you want your care to be delivered.

We provide high-quality domiciliary care (also known as home care) and support to keep you safe, comfortable and living independently in your own home.

Our Home care packages are built around you, providing you with support to maintain your chosen lifestyle, from one visit a day to multiple, we can offer a solution to help you. We understand that everyone is different, so we tailor our packages to suit you, allowing flexibility in your visits whilst providing the essential car you want. It’s your life and your home care, so it must be your way.

Home care — what is it?

Home care provides the extra support you need to keep you where you want to be — at home. Domiciliary care services can provide a helping hand with household chores, personal care, or a companionship visit. All of our home care services are tailored around your needs and it is a great way to stay at home instead of going to a residential care home.

Our domiciliary care services are not just here to support you at home, but to support you to continue living your life, the way you want to. We’re able to take you to doctors’ appointments, to the shops, to meet up with your friends and family, and to support you to live an independent life.

Our home care services allow you, and your family, the peace of mind needed to keep you safe and comfortable in your home

How can you help me?

Our home care service is specially tailored to each of you. This means that how we care for you, is completely up to you. All we want to ensure is that you have loving and thorough care in the comfort of your own home.

Our flexible domiciliary care services can cover anything from a check-in visit to personal care to multiple daily visits. Our home care service can be used for short-term help following a hospital visit or at the start of your care journey where it may develop into long-term home care and support. Our dedicated team of Community Care Assistants are fully trained to:

  • Help you start the day; by getting up, washing, dressed and having a good breakfast

  • Support with medication; remind and assist you in taking medicines, as well as collect or return medication from your pharmacy or dispensing GP surgery
