I just want to thank each and every one of you for the care and love you showed to my mum during her time with Bloom & Care. Although very reluctant at first to accept that she needed home carers, very quickly she came to realise that the care and support made a huge difference to her well-being. Within weeks we could see her becoming stronger, drinking regularly, eating better and taking her medications regularly as well as the caring chats and social interaction all helped to improve her quality of life. Helpful advice about better pain relief made mums pain much more managable.

When her health took a dip, as it often did, your care and advice helped her pick up again time after time. In emergencies your timely actions calling 111 or getting medical advice made a huge difference. You never, ever, let us down, even in awful weather your team turned up without fail.

As a family we have no doubt at all that your care enabled her to stay at home as long as she did. I don't think words can convey how grateful we are to you all, or the level of respect we feel towards you in the cheerful, competent and professional way you go about caring for our elderly loved ones.<br><br>Mum said the hardest thing about moving into residential care was saying goodbye to her lovely team of carers. She considered you to be her dear friends and grew to love you all.

Jessica and her team are superb and, importantly, reliable. Dealing with a 92-year old who has quite advanced dementia can be challenging to say the least, but all staff are pleasant, patient and professional.

Always helpful, Jessica managed to fit us in very quickly and her caring approach is much admired. We would certainly recommend Bloom & Care - not only to those requiring such services, but also to any carers looking for an excellent employer. Grateful thanks to all concerned.

I cannot speak too highly of the staff and service provided to my mother by Bloom & Care. Under the highly competent, professional and personal service of the management, every member of staff that we came into contact with over a period of several months was extremely good at their job, and extremely friendly and caring. The level of care and support was excellent from the management to the carers for both my husband and myself. All the staff I met were very professional in their approach, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were lovely and so caring. I would recommend Bloom & Care without hesitation.

The service my mother received from Bloom & Care for over six months was excellent. At 98 years old and living independently, my mother found all the carers kind, respectful and efficient. As the client's daughter, I found Bloom & Care exceptionally reliable. They dealt with emergencies with calmness and helpfulness to client and family, well beyond the demands of duty.

The carers are well recruited and trained. Bloom & Care managers are always readily available to sort out individual arrangements - helpful prompting medical supplies and contacting doctors and medical support as appropriate. Communication between management and staff was immediate and effective. My mother and I both valued highly the encouragement and cheerfulness of Bloom & Care's positive staff. We recommend Bloom & Care wholeheartedly.

Every one of the ladies who have been employed by Bloom & Care is very caring, kind, trustworthy and always seem to do just a little bit of everything. They make my friend feel safe and deal with her confusion in such a gentle encouraging way. All this comes from the top by example.

The service from Bloom & Care has been excellent. I had a dreadful accident and have needed help from February 2019 until September 2019. This has varied as I have recovered enough to no longer require their services. They have also told me that should I feel the need for further help in the following months, just to give them a call. I feel I have been very lucky to have had their care and would recommend them without a doubt.

I am indebted to this company for the truly excellent care my wife has received at their hands. Our Carers were always on time, never hurried and showed a great deal of care and concern for my poor terminally ill wife. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them to anyone needing care beyond the family.

The only word I have for Bloom & Care is excellent. They are always on time and my mum gets the same carers every day. I have had years of stress from the unreliability of other care agencies until I found Bloom & Care, they are truly excellent!

We were extremely pleased to find Bloom & Care to assist in the care of our elderly mother (aged 90), who has dementia and is increasingly bedridden. Staff at Bloom & Care have treated mum with incredible sensitivity and made a very good relationship with her quite quickly.

Their care has proved thoroughly professional and we have had much useful advice from them on her ongoing care needs. They have also proved very efficient at adjusting mum's care needs as they change. Thoroughly recommend them.

We have found the support we have received from Bloom & Care to be exceptional. The communication we have received is clear and unambiguous, we are kept well informed and the manager has made herself available to answer any questions and offer support when we have needed it. Our care has been excellent, we have continuity and the carer that visits us is compassionate and caring.

The care that we have received is person-centred and adapted to meet my husband's specific personal needs. I feel that I can trust Bloom & Care to look after my husband as if he was a member of their family; I truly believe he is receiving care that they too would be happy to receive.

My mother in law is very happy with the care and help given. She particularly mentioned the wonderful help at the doctors and pharmacy. The carer is a very kind, obliging and helpful person and we are unable to find any fault with her. Apart from the care given, the carer also makes breakfast, takes out the rubbish, puts on the washing and even makes a sandwich for my mother in law to eat later in the day.

My mother in law is extremely happy with the care provided. I personally have found the carer to be very professional and clearly someone who cares about her work and cares about the business. The carer has set the standards high and we hope that this level of care and support will continue as the next Bloom & Care carer starts next week.
